Once upon a time, creatures called Pokemon wandered the earth, alongside humans called trainers who captured, befriended, and battled with them. But not too long ago, a gang called Team Rocket managed to eradicate Pokemon across the globe, causing all four hundred and ninety three species of Pokemon to go extinct.
In present day, scientists are working on using DNA from Pokemon fossils found around the world to reverse the eradication of Pokemon. The United States government; however, is against this process, causing many laboratories across the country to close down. But in Meyer, Washington, a small town on the Olympic Peninsula, far away from the Country’s capitol city, scientists still work on this project. Here in Meyer, scientists merge Pokemon DNA with human DNA, enabling test subjects to use the powers of the Pokemon fused inside of them.
