Personality: Clever and friendly; genuinely likes other people. Being very mellow, she tends to make friends easily. Enjoys company but doesn't mind being alone. Rather naive, puts too much trust in others. Avoids being anchored down. Reacts very poorly to guilt.
History: Born in Staghorn to a family of established pokemon veterans. Rumor has it that the Bracken family descended from witches, a story that always delighted Shiloh and infuriated her mother. Grandmother was head professor of the region for a long while and filled Shiloh's childhood with strange field expeditions while pretty much rearing her. Mother was a research aide and rather overbearing and critical while father was more or less absent, working as a gym leader until his early retirement. Shiloh bared the brunt of mom's outbursts and was then guilted into staying home longer than she wanted to. She finally left to become a trainer, and as of the beginning of rp she's been at it for about a about four months.

Extra: Just as stubborn as other Scraggys but not nearly as hot headed. A bit lazy. Can work hard when he's pushed to, but enjoys lounging in fields and by watersides a little too much. Tends to walk outside the ball and is fond of Paj in particular since they share similar histories. Met heavily injured in Sorrel City. Has a scar beginning on the left of his back that wraps around to his stomach.
